When things don't go your way...stay strong
When you feel you can't face another day...stay strong
When all you do is cry...stay strong
When all you do is wish to die...stay strong.

When you don't know where to turn...stay strong
When the pain is so intense it burns...stay strong
When you feel your friends have left you all alone...stay strong
When you have no place to call your home...stay strong.

When life just isn't going your way...stay strong
When you think nothing will ever be okay...stay strong
For life will test you in so many ways
But if you stay strong you'll be okay.

And though sometimes you'll feel you can't get through
You WILL make it
And that's my promise from me to you.

Life may make you want to die
But it always works itself out
I am living proof of this
Eventually you'll figure it out.

You have to be brave and you have to be strong
You have to keep on going
Even when you feel everything is wrong.

You have to show the world that you can win
If you give up you've committed the biggest sin.

But I'm going to tell you what ISN'T wrong....
And that is staying strong.
