Across the room

by Sharmyne   Nov 9, 2006

Across the room lies a body.
a body with no face, but some kind of different race.
she has no clothes, but remarks on her body.
she has cuts across her arm, with these words across her back,
" I can only be me".
She has no future the present is the past.
she had nothing to do with the fact that she was raped.
She thought she was going to a party and was going to meet her friends and some of her familly.
across the room lies a body in blood, her hands across her heart, and the remarks from a thug.
she has her hands on her heart to try and stop the pain.
across the room lies a body, and the person that i'm starring at is me.
