Show me the Way

I'm not a perfect mortal,
perfect I am not.
Insecurities I have many,
it could leave me to rot.

Sad I will be no longer,
because happiness is here,
to lead me in the directions,
that take away my fear.

I stand up tall,
and look so bright,
to see the shining stars tonight.
The night is fading,
yet you are here,
waiting for me,
to make things clear.

I don’t know where to start,
so many things on my mind,
just show me the way,
so I wont have to say,
the pain I have inside.

Deep inside,
I still feel the pain,
I still feel like crying,
but this time,
no more lying.

Please, show me the way,
I want to feel no more pain,
the way to happiness,
so I can be sane!
