I thought this was sad but sweet.

LOVELOVELOVE.. LOVE.. just kidding so this is my new favorite poem.. its soo sad but soo great.. the flow is flawless and the word choice is perfect.. but i think where you wrote

"She lose all she knew,
When he walked away from her,
Leaving her distressed."

i think you may have meant

"she `lost` all she knew"

I can also relate to this poem, i can feel the emotions coming back to me as i read. fantastic hun!!
