One day you unexpectedly walked into my life
As a friend you filled it with laughter and excitement
You brought me out of my dark corner revealing to me the beauty life had to offer
What you did made me realize and come to love so deeply what and who you were
As time kept on going
My love for you kept on growing
Not until that day I looked beyond the deepness of your eyes
Did I come too fully and completely understand just how much you affected my life and how much you staying in it really meant to me
I still remember feeling butterflies in my stomach
And at that moment learning that they could also be felt in the heart
I remember getting chills up my back
Knowing that it wasn’t because of the cold breeze
I remember trying so hard not to stare
But my eyes seemed to gravitate only towards you
For 4yrs I silently loved you
Yet you had no knowledge of it
