Bullet Proof

by sally   Nov 11, 2006

It's something in your smile
That lets me know, it'll be alright.
It's something in your eyes,
That simply light up my sky.
It's something about the way you shine,
Baby you've hit, my heart this time.

And my heart isn't bulletproof,
And now I'm bleeding for you,
I wanted it to be simple,
But it's all so crazy and beautiful.

It's something in your laugh,
That cuts me down, fighting tears back,
It's something about the things you say,
That tears me apart, everyday.
It's something about the way you are,
That brings me despair, my life is dark.

And my heart isn't bulletproof,
And now I'm bleeding for you,
I wanted it to be simple,
But it's all so crazy and beautiful,

And my heart isn't bulletproof,
And now, I'm stuck in a two sided triangle,
I wanted you to be mine,
But it's so crazy and beautiful.
