Alone in my room its 4 Oclock

The only sound I can hear is "tick-tock"

I dont know how much more I can take

Its all so frustrating even my joints ache

Thoughts keep racing in my head

Sometimes it makes me feel like I were dead

People just dont understand

How my depression and anxiety go hand in hand

*Its just so hard to keep going on

To face each day as if nothing were wrong

To look at all the good in life

When all Im feeling is lots of strife

Hoping not to hit the ground

And work to the middle
