I sit in a corner of a cold room
a deep black room
the shadows consume me
the air is filled with smog
my lungs struggle to breathe
they scream for air
"click click"
spikes break through the wall
one stabs right through my arm
I scream in pain
another spike breaks through the floor
ripping through my muscle and bones in my knee
I yank my knee off the spike
I try to slowly more my leg
I can feel all the bones rubbing together
my blood drips from my wounds making puddles on the floor
my head feels so heavy
I fall over
I feel all the different places
that the spikes stab into
I close my eyes
cause I'm sure I'm gonna die
I slowly open them
and I see a shadow of something
its standing right over me
it reaches over grabbing a knife
the shadow stabs me right in the stomach
it looks like it is going to laugh
but all that comes out is a high pitched shriek
I cover my ears with my hands
but its no use
I feel like my head is going to explode
when it stops
and scratches me across the face
the blood drips down onto my lips
the creature leans over and licks the blood off my lips
smiling to its self
I donâ??t have any real strength left from the attack
I stare at the creature
right in its blood shot eyes
it reaches out and rips your throat open
I can feel the blood flooding my lungs
but somehow Iâ??m still breathing and alive
but that when you see it there is a gun on the table
I stare right at the shadow and smile
it looks startled
I press my back to the wall and slowly try to stand
the creature makes a grab for me
but I jump out of the way
and slam into the corner
grabbing the gun
I whip around the see the shadow coming towards i pull ull the trigger three times
BOOM
the shadow vanishes
its gone
I can now hear slight music
I turn around and there stands a door
I definite know that, that wasnt here before
I slowly drag my leg, to get to the door
I pause for a second looking around in the darkness one last time
I turn the knob....
I open the door to it seems like a whole nether world
its the brightest place I have ever seen
it got beautiful shades of green grass, a sky so blue, and covered with trees and flowers
and my clothes have changed
from my old torn, blood stained
to a gorgeous white gown
and I donâ??t feel any pain at all
and for the first time I feel
love, happiness, and joy
but thatâ??s when I hear it the rustling
I turn around quickly
the shadow has reappear
and oh no it has the gun
I dropped it
it smiles at me
BOOM BOOM
they hit my in the chest and shoulder
I drop to the ground on my knees
the blood is dripping down on my dress
its stained
but they the dress slowly disappears
and I am let naked on the grass
covered in my own blood
all around me the sky turns black
the trees are turning gray and black
the flowers are withering
and the green has dried to a brown
my body slowly decays
and my body turns to ash
the shadow once again smiles
and drops the gun
"finally I did my mission"
and slowly disappears
the door slams shut
but thatâ??s when something happens
in the spot where my body used to lay
a single black rose grows
pulls the trigger twiceand under the blood ood seeps from the petals
forming a puddle under the rose
but wait
its like the world I lived in and now died split
one side is beautiful
while the other is dead
forever to stay this way
forever to be different
