Is my pillow,
Wet with tears,

The only one who holds my hand,
Is the shadows,
Of my fears,

The only one who listens,
Is the gentle,
Blowing wind,

The only one who helps me,
Through, is the whispered songs,
I sing,

The only one who feels my pain,
Is the tissue,
Dripping red,

The only one who hears my sobs,
Is the dust bunny,
Under my bed,

The only one who stands by me,
Is that tall,
Half dead tree,

and

The only one who hurts me,
is myself,
you see.
