These feelings I have in my heart

They cannot be taken away from me
They cannot be held back no more

I've had these feeling for quite a bit
I've tried to say it but I was scared of what you would say
I was lost cause I couldn't imagine it

I really had a hard time grasping it
Someone who could like me like you
Someone so beautiful unlike me
I felt like I left you behind when I said nothing

You said I didn't yet I felt I did
You said that you loved me when it was to late
Cause you loved another who you couldn't hurt
I understand your heart so I let it pass

Cause I never wanted to see you cry
Yet in all my struggles I probably caused you tears
I feel as though its my fault
I think you don't realize how I left it

I could have done something now I know
But I didn't want to risk it
That's why I screwed myself and I don't deserve it
There is but one thing I need to say though

I will always love you no matter how much time passes
I will always be where you need me
I will always feel your pains within my heart
I'm more than just that one friend

My love never will diminish for you
