That was a great dedication to your grandmother. The read was able to flow smoothly through the read. The read was able to picture what was happening as you read. It touch at my heart strings as I read. What a wonderful write.

Omg! this is soooo sad. Tears for your grandmother, and may she rest in peace. I, myself, went through the same thing a few weeks ago, and on of my poems (http://www.poems-and-quotes.com/sad/poems.php?id=802102) was read in the Eulogy at her funeral.
