Fear

Fear,
It seems as if everything has broken down to fear-
Fear of losing, fear of mistakes, fear of agony - hatred-and tears
If only the world wasn't filled with fear-
We would be safer, we would be kinder, and we wouldn't be here-
People starting gangs, starting fights, living in resentment-
Full of depression, loneliness, and discontentment
Lies, anger, miserable life-
people in fear, of punishment or strife-
We live in fear, loneliness, and hate-
We think of fear as a reaction, a hesitation- a miserable state-
We are wrong, for fear is only a state of mind- illusions of which we create!
