Wow. The flow on this was almost like a song, it flowed so well.
The concept is one that's been done to death but you made it seem brand new and it kept me riveted from start to finish.
Great emotion involved to, it almost felt like the reader knew the girl and could see her and what she was going through..

Okay, i'll stop rambling now, lol.
Bottom line is you have a great poem here.
