Confused

So many decisions to make,
so little time to decide.
My head is spinning in circles,
so many things running through my head.

I am so confused,
I have no clue what to do.
I am being pulled
every which way.

My mind cannot think straight,
I cant do my work,
I cant stay focused
on the task at hand.

What to say,
What to do,
Which one to pick,
Where to go?

To many questions,
to many problems,
to many things going on,
I am so confused.
