Very good! Maybe add a little puncuation, and Capitalization and you're good. Amazing rhyming, your flow was pretty good.

By myself alone in my room,
Crying my self to sleep again
Trying to forget my day
And trying to block out all the pain

This last line maybe needs to be fixed... something like:

My favourite part was the last stanza.
I think it was a beautiful write on such a sad subject.
