I wrote a million words down
each one of them was true
but not every single word I wrote
had to do with you

you see, you can't be my everything
cause one day you'll be gone.
and when that day finally comes,
what happens from then on?

cause I've been through it before
it'll shred my world to pieces
and leave my heart bleeding and sore

I want you to be my everything.
I honestly...kinda do
but I will never let that happen,
for reasons known to you

I've cried so many tears
and bled many drops

as if you don't even care

cause you won't always be there
