One.Last.Time.

by Kim   Nov 18, 2006

Ever since your passing,
Our family has been broken.
And I feel lost in the middle,
Just wanting it to end.

I know you had no control,
And that you fought against it.
But if I was a miracle worker,
You would be here,
And I wouldn't feel like sh_t.

I remember all you taught me,
While others criticized you.
And I listened still,
I just hoped you knew that too.

The hardest part of it was the blindness,
The world you saw was darkness.
And I wish you got to see me,
One last time...

Face to face.

~In loving memory to my grandmother, who died of cancer.~
