You were my first love,
But now your gone,
To a better place,
although it seems so wrong.

You should be here,
With the people that care,
You'll never be forgotten,
You'll always be there.

Things must have been hard,
For you to take your life,
I should have been there for you,
Through strand and strife.

I failed you terribly,
It'll haunt me forever,
If things turned out different,
I know we would be together.

This I shall live with,
For the rest of my days,
You meant so much to me Barry,
In so many ways.

We had our good times
We had our bad,
But really all that matters
Is the love that we had.

I'm sorry you left us,
I'm sorry your gone,
If I could turn back time,
We'd be together as one.
