My love Dearest

by Nameless Useless   Nov 20, 2006

My lover dearest, look at what you've done to me

No longer can my blind eyes see.

You took something so pure and lovely,

And turned it disgusting and ugly.

You took my face and broke it in three.

You took my eyes and ripped them out of me.

You took my flesh, my heart you did wrest.

You took my body, and robbed it of it's best.

Look at me my dear heart, and see what I see.

Look at what you've done to your friend, see this please.

See my heart beat in your hands.

See my soul wash away the blood on your hands.

Take these cold hands and warm them again.

Take this heart and make it beat again.

Only you can do this, so spare no expense.

I will no longer live under any pretense.

Gather my hands up into yours.

Think of it as heaven, instead of some onerous chore.

I am yours forever-more

I cannot bear to even this score.
