Her Hollywood Hopes

by xoxShorteexox   Nov 20, 2006

She ran away to Hollywood,
thinking she had enough skill.
Only to hear the director say,
I love your work, but you're not what we want.
Her Hollywood hopes,
thrown out like trash.
Lights, camera, show off,
she thought she could fool herself.
She thought she'd be a big shot,
only for her dreams to be crushed.
Her Hollywood hopes,
killed at the scene.
Lights, camera, break down,
she seen it her mind.
Her total confidence wasted with one line,
her smile darkened with hatred.
As her Hollywood hopes,
rip at the seams.
Lights, camera, death,
she hit the director with a chair.
Her sane mind gone,
her eyes smudged with guilt.
As her Hollywood hopes,
came to an end.
Lights, camera, suicide,
with one slit of the neck.
Her blood steamed out,
her heart came to a stop.
Her Hollywood hopes,
gone at last.
