Too Late

by Lisa Carter   Nov 20, 2006

Too many tears
too many cuts
Too long have a feared
For too many secrets
I carry along
my biggest disguise
The real truth
has no lies
falling behind
in your hated habit
soon the urge kicks in
and you fail somewhat
the people you love
Ignore your plea
they talk as if its nothing
your heart the wont free
You tell them your love
you say out your lines
but your rejected
right before your eyes
The pain is brutal
and you sit in more tears
more cuts might be made
if you don't make a cheer
your sick from pretending
your over this thing
fall back into the hate
for this one last fling
a bit of hurt
a bit of blood
its quick and clean
and now your done
around you becomes blurry
you become faint
you realize you went far
but now its a bit too late
