Should i go or should i stay?

Pretend that everything is alright,
For just a little while,
Let all of your sorrows go,
And let out your smile.

Tell yourself your'e okay,
Open the love on your heart,
But tell me can you,
Ignore that you are falling apart?

You can not help yourself,
From falling down,
But you can do something,
About your frown.

You can say the words,
That you need to say,
You can pick yourself up,
And pretend to be okay.

You can find help,
Choose to be happy or sad,
But something holds you back,
And you think of what you had.

You keep trying,
But it is just not good enough,
Something crashes on you,
Makes you feel rough.

Something pulls you down,
And you fall back again,
Screaming inside for it to stop,
Wishing your heart would mend.

Just wanting it all,
To vanish, go away,
To get past this storm,
Find happiness that will stay.

You feel you are not good enough,
Your life is just a waste, a mess,
You wanna let go but,
Your sorrows you find hard to confess.

So you question yourself,
On the same haunting question everyday,
And wish someone could answer for you,
Should I go or should I stay?
