The Secret Behind Holding A Hand

by aDORKable x3   Nov 20, 2006

A faint smile slowly passes my lips
As my heart's beat continue to skip
My stomach's butterflies are doing flips

Holding your left here with my right
Gripping just slightly, never too tight
The feeling still lingers as I sit here and write

Hoping to God what I'm feeling is true
Feeling the feeling whenever I see you
This is just so brand new

Somehow, I just had to let you know
That boy, you had me at "Hello"
So please say, for now, you won't go

'Cause when you're holding onto my hand
It is then that I truly understand
What The Secret Is Behind Holding A Hand
