I can't love me

You I'm sweet and funny,
cute and smart as well.
You say thats why you love me,
this and more to me you tell.
You say you support me,
you're there till the end.
I see no beauty in the mirror
searching my soul no light there to find.
I don't see how I'm special,
or sweet or wise or kind.
in this world I'm alone
my hurt and pain i shall hide.
a mask of happiness i shall wear.
and speak of no tears that I have cried.
so in this fashion,
ill continue,
with a smile on my face
maybe one day, truth will fill this grin
in another time, or another place.
