Even though it hurts, I have gotten to the point, who cares if they stare!? I am a freak among freaks. When in history have people not stared at the freaks? Let them stare, then they can see the light and the presence of the Lord welling up inside me. If they don\\\'t show me love, then they\\\'ll be even more shocked when I show them love. If satan is trying to keep me down, then I must be on the right path. And that is the truth of the matter, he hates me because I dare to walk in the shadowlands, where he thought no girl would ever dare to go, and I do it, dressed like one of the children of the nightthus damaging his well-built image of who wears these type of clothes. It\\\'s about time! I wak in the battle zone where VERY FEW christians dare to walk, I can see things they don\\\'t because of it. I know the hunger of my friends who have not found Chris tas they\\\'re Lord and Savior. I don\\\'t reject the ones who persecute me for the way I dress, infact, I pray for them. I pray that God would open their eyes and their hearts to a new understanding. What they don\\\'t see is that Ive got guts and backbone,I walk dailey in the shadowlands. I walk daily in enemies territory, and I daily face their threats. Yup, Im one of those who walks in no-man\\\'s land. I am one of those who can\\\'t call either place my home, because people often do not love me and are fealful of me. They stay away at watever means nessesary. My one and only true home is Heaven. Yea, I wear black, because I am dead to this world, and yea, I look like a freak, because I am! But I am not alone. We see the beauty in this dark and dying world., and ADMIT that it is dying, yet, we do see the beauty. Yea, we don\\\'t exactley fit into the \\\"good church kid\\\" mold. It\\\'s about time someone broke that mold anyway. Yea, we walk in the shadowlands, because thats\\\'s where God placed us. Yea, we write dark stuff, but so did Shakespeare, King David and Isaiah. So it is and so it shall be, let us walk in the light of the Lord!
