    Not that I'm an expert, but it helps to battle the sad with the happy. Try writing something positive...anything that makes you truly happy...whether it be the beach, the sun, an animal, a friend...whatever. And your mind will focus on that for at least that short while. I mean, you have a an excellent writing ability, I just would love to see something on the up side of life!
