Sheikh Maktoum (RIP)

Another passing year

And once again we loose someone dear

The cries of the first lost we are still able to hear

But now the depression on everyones face is really clear

For we lost a leader that was always caring and sincere

Its Sheikh Maktoum

The person that helped our country bloom

He brought us so far

Without him we wouldnt be where we are

He had the power to change our home land

From a simple country, it became grand

Buildings and technology were brought

He helped our country prosper a lot

But then came a day he passed away

It still feels like it was just yesterday

Feels empty inside without him here

Every time we hear his name, we drop a tear

Our feelings are really hard to conceal

Cant imagine all the pain we feel

Words cant express what he meant to us

Even though hes gone, hes still a part of us
