I was told a story about angels
the heavenly helpers of God
I heard of two named Gabriel and St Micheal
and the ones at Eden's gate with the swords
God designed them to help us up
whenever we slip and fall
he sends one out whenever we are in trouble
and on his name we don't hesitate to call
then we are told of our guardian angels
they are there even though we cant see
they help us out of difficult situation
and when we are bound they set us free
there was that angel that sat at your cradle
and made sure no harm came your way
the angel that told you time to turn back
the time you were going astray
then there are the angels that go un-noticed
they are the ones we encounter each day
you know the people we meet that seem to care
and makes an impact in a positive way
cause when I first heard of angels
I thought of some little flying thing
but then I met you and realized
all angels do not have wings
