Hour Glass

Life is like the sand
In an hour glass
Sooner or later you hit bottom
Sooner of later you fall on your ass

Before everything is turned around
You just have to sit there and wait
Just wait for God to show you
Your pre-determined fate

Then suddenly it happens
You're overcome with joy
Maybe you won the lottery
Or met that certain boy

Just remember life may not
Always go your way
But just thank God he's given you
