Goodbye letter

This is my goodbye letter,
i sign "with love" and my name,
hoping you'll send me some love;
wherever i go...

these are my few words of departure,
goodbye goodbye, i'll miss you...
these last four years have meant the world,
best friends forever we said,
and for us, forever ends here.

my letter left on the bed,
where i once wrote, wept, laid sleeplessly,
thinking of the day, when our memories is all i can take.
our laughs growing fainter, i cannot leave now.

my hand is leaving; out of reach now,
reaching, helplessly; i cannot let go,
best friends forever we said,
what ever happened to that?

my dear friends; this is where we end up after the years,
no more laughing, crying out the tears,
knowing this dreadful day grows near,
where Fate decided to tear our hearts in two.

My only words of farewell are...
never forget the beauty of our friendship
the sound of our laughter.
for that, my friends, has made us the
wonderful beings we stand as today.
best friends forever we said,
forever is over...
