Ive never had a best friend

[ok so a while ago Gem challenged me to write a poem bout my best friend chris so here goes]

Ive never had a best friend,
whose meant so much to me,
on someone i could depend,
with me you will rarely disagree.

Ive never had a best friend,
who knows just how im feeling,
or even took the time to care,
to find out just what im concealing.

Ive never had a best friend,
who made me laugh so much,
who is always there to guide me,
without a single touch.

Ive never had a best friend,
who knows just what to say,
who does their best to make me happy,
and to check that im ok.

Ive never had a best friend,
who if i lost them ide cry,
whose always there for me,
when i question why?

Ive never had a Best friend,
who can see through any lies,
who knows just when im kidding,
and can look through that disguise.

Ive never had a best friend,
whose always there for me,
who ignores all the stories,
because the truth they can see.

Ive never had a best friend,
i couldnt stand to lose,
because that would tear me apart,
like an internal bruise.

Ive never had a best friend,
who on the whole is great,
to love to bloody bits,
cos their a fantastic best mate.

I Now have a best friend,
who does all this and more,
who has now made me see,
where i went wrong before.

He's the bestest mate ive ever had,
and everyone knows why,
he helps me to cope with everything,
because hes such an amazing guy.
