Change

Your fingers are like the wind running through my hair
I was never aware of how much disaster you caused
I paused myself and just stared at your face
Knowing that you'd soon be gone
But I try not to cry
Because I know your lies suffocate me like python
So, goodbye, get gone
And because I know it's best for you, never return
And maybe, just maybe someday you'll learn what love is
Your eyes burn into me like a fire
I have no desire to even speak to you
You're an unique wreck
Is it so hard for you to confess?
Are your mistakes that big of a mess?
But you know what's best, I guess
Go ahead, express your stress on me
I don't mind being declined happiness
Your voice is toneless
Your personality is vicious
Your worthless heart has stitches from all those heart breaks
But they were all fakes
Yes, you made mistakes
But I can't forgive you
Because your heart is blank
And for Heaven's sake
Change
