Rain

by Seeker of Truth   Nov 24, 2006

Looking out a window, I see the dark, dreary sky outside, blocking the sun's futile rays.
Drops, large drops from the sky, rain down upon the land, drenching all in it's path.
It increases, dancing like a gay jester upon the grass, the trees, the people going this way and that. Then it slows once more, still dancing lightly upon the face of the earth.
I look through another window: the window of my mind's eye. And I think how incredible a natural thing like rain really is.
