Once in a while

Once in a while everyone feels down ,
some may even wish they were dead.
No one said life was meant to be easy ,
things happen and sometimes mess up your head.

How we deal with it is the key ,
we all have our own way to cope.
Some find it easier than others ,
however hard it gets though there is hope.
