There love is like a rose.
Starts from a seed and works on up.
Once it fully blooms, someone has to give it love and care,
or it will end up dieing.
Their relationship went on for one year, perfectly!
Saying they love each other for all eternity.
Looking into each others eyes and whispering in the moonlight,
*Never let me go, I'll love you forever and always.*
Then that day came, they lost all interest in that rose.
But what they didn't recognize was it represented their love.
And then their love faded,
Days passed by, as so did months.
~Until that day~
She got that phone call, thought it was him, picked up.
On the other end, wasn't what she thought it was?
The voice said:
*I'm sorry for not catching you before you fell too far.*
*I could have saved what we had for I'm the one that let it fade.*
*I promised you I'd love you forever, I'll love you till i die.*
*For I never lost interest.*
*I never meant to lie.*
*And if I hurt you this is my good-bye!*
~After that there was silence and then a slight cry!~
~She then spoke up!~
*You always caught me before i fell, for you are my savior.*
*Our love never faded for I still love you.*
*I'll love you forever and I'll love you till I die.*
*For what I said in the moonlight, I'll mean that for all eternity.*
*And if I hurt you this is my good-bye!*
The last petal dropped from that very rose,
While they said their good-bye's,
The must let each-other go.
Their life must go on, but yet they'll love each other forever and always.
