It Ends This Night

Razor slices to open veins
All that remains are bloody stains
Eyes will fade, and body will die
But there will be, no tears to cry

Reaching out only to fall
Life was cursed and ruined all
Nothing was right, all went wrong
And now this night, it will all be gone

Hid the scars
Hid the pain
Ignored the tears
Let the body drain

All hope is lost
At this the cost
See now the knife
That took away life

Blocking out, only to spare
But now the dream is a nightmare
Tried to fix it, tried to explain
Only to cause, more and more pain

Now it's done, finally gave in
Failed and let depression win
My body is dead, my eyes are dry
But at least now I won't have to cry

My heart is broken
And I'm letting go
I'm done trying
To let people know

It doesn't matter
The blood has been shed
And now I will drift
I will be dead.
