Rare as a rose;
Quiet as a mouse.
You wonder my mind;
Scurry in my house.

Mellow as a garden;
Fragile as glass.
I'll never break you;
You'll grow at last.

Sensitive as skin;
Mighty as a storm.
You protect me;
Every rose will have
a thorn
