Best Friends Stick Together

Sarah.. this poem hit close to home. My best friend and I are sort of slipping away. I was skimming through poems by CC&P members, and I looked at the title of your poem and I had to read it. It's true, best friend should stick together. I text messaged him about 5 mins before I found this poem. So I am glad I made that decision. The thing is, both of us are stubborn, so we won't admit when we are slipping away. We are also too stubborn to call eachother. *sigh* don't lose your friendship. It's a very valuable thing. Comes very close to a love relationship and family relationship. Keep in touch, don't fall apart.

And now I only see a vacant glance
But I'm giving you another chance
One day you'll realize, soon you'll see
When heartbroken, you'll run to me

Loved that stanza. And I can relate to this poem so much, you don't even know. The same thing happened with a friend of mine. Now he doesn't even say "Hi" to me. The feeling really sucks. But I hope he realizes what he's doing. Take care...love you!!
