Slowly Dying

by marilyn marti   Mar 22, 2004

Slowly fading away
from this world so cold and fray
Slowly dying inside
the past is something I cannot hide

Slowly giving up
nothing's right and I've had enough
Slowly spilling my tears
all this sorrounded by all my fears

Slowly breaking my heart
all the pain is tearing me apart
Slowly drowning in my mind
somehow I want to forget and put the memories behind.

I can't.
