What do you do?

What do you do when you cant explain how you feel,
because the feelings you feel are more then real,
how do you explain it all in words without making it seem to "unreal",
how do you show someone exactly how you feel,
when words cant even explain how real your true feelings are, how do you prove to someone exactly how your heart feels,
when words cant even explain half of the way you feel,
what do you do when you have nothing left to say because the feeling your feeling cant be explained,
how do you tell someone without putting it into words that doest seem unreal,
that the feelings your feeling are more then real,
how do you prove someone that words just cant explain,
what do you do when theres nothing left to say because the feelings you feel is to hard to explain in words that just explains half of what you feel,
what do you do when your whole heart is with that person and the feelings you feel are more then real,
but words cant explain half of the feelings you feel?
