The Kiss

by Ressa   Mar 23, 2004

A tender touch
Gentle lips
A soft caress
Roughened fingertips
Time slips into eternity
I am yours to embrace
A gentle glide
of your tongue
Parting of the lips
In a shuddering sigh
Warmth and heat
spread through me
like wildfire
your love gives me a high
I never imagined
Racing hearts
slick joining of two bodies
coming together as one
I am complete
