When you left

by Melika   Nov 28, 2006

Your smile brings to life my poor broken heart but I know I have to let you go.
The fire that you relit in my frozen soul will soon go out under this heavy snow.
It weighs me down, pinning me to the ground. Not able to ever get back up, but lie on the hard floor as my whole body goes cold. But you will never see me, for you left for just a bit and that is when it happened and how I turned out like this.
