Guardian

by Native Soulja Boi   Nov 28, 2006

A full moon sits above the earth,

Guardian of the night sky.

The waters sparkle its' beautiful reflection, forever more.

I sit here, thinking of you and only you,

what you are doing at this exact time,

often wondering if you are looking at the same moon,

in some other place so far away from here.

The moon's light floods mother earth,

dissolving all darkness for the people.

I am the night's guardian,

I shall stand guard,

I shall watch over you,

only from a distance,

but know this, my love for you is beyond comparison,

and nothing or nobody will ever take that away.

I shall always be your guardian,

Now and forever more.
