Awww Ally I can feel your emotional sadness. It is as though this poem started off as a tear drop and slowly ran down your cheek and rested on your heart.
First loves or any love that is, is hard to get over. But you said it so well in those last lines.....

Ur not alone at all hun many ppl cant get over what tehy thought was a very deep realationship but when it slipd away you feel you have noting tolive for but hun if you give it a chance you will find someone better...ppl tell me to forget who i last loved but u can never forget, u can only push aside but wat ever it is hun dont let this take you down and hurt anyone who is willing to be your love and care for you dearly....
