Not a poem but something about how i feel

I thought what we had was something that could never be taken away
i thought what we had was true love
but as i can see it is not
as for i gave you my heart
and you have gone and broke it
it took me a long time to love again
and this time i thought it was for real
but i was mistaken and now you have shown me
that there is no such thing as true love
but there will always be a place in my heart for you
that only you can fill
always and forver you will be loved by me
love forever and always your my shining star
