Remember it all

All I hear is my heart beat
And the sound of my feet
I walk on down the street…alone
Everything else starts to fad away
I’ve gone a stray
I need to get away
My heart beat slows
And all I can think of is “life blows”
I think of the good times, and of my family
And I think “maybe my life isn’t that empty”
And I realize, that people get through the bad parts
And many of us cry, and many of us have broken hearts
And I will Remember it all…
This life gives you one chance to find out who you really are
It gives you a chance to find a friend that’s like a shinning star
And when you find that friend, Right then you will know who you are
Life feels complete
You’re no longer walking alone on the street
You hear the sound of two sets of feet
Walking in step, life is the best
This friend is not like the rest
It feels like they will be there to catch you when you fall.
Like they’ll catch every last tear,
And chase away every fear.
You feel it in your heart, and they feel it in theirs.
You know you can go to them, and they know they can come to you
It’s the kind of friendship you know will always be with you
They’ll always say “I’m here for you”
They are your shoulder to cry on
and you’re theirs.
It seems that god brought you both together so that you both can be happy
So life doesn’t seem so crappy
We are forever friends and I will…..
