Back To Friends

Better off in a piece of my heart
Away from more than friends
Coping with it is easier now
Knowing it didn't begin

Telling myself to keep it down
Out of my mind, in my heart

Feeling safer with you there
Realizing you're still a part
In the end, it's really better
Even though it's hard to take
Now it can move even smoother
Driving using just the breaks
So back to friends it makes
