How Come???

How come I get these feelings,
Whenever I see him?
How come when I go near him,
I get butterflies in my stomach?
How come when I look at him,
My heart beats so fast and loud that I am sure that everyone can hear it?
How come whenever I look into his eyes,
I never want to look away?
How come I feel like I want to hold him and be with him forever?
