The days are passing...

by Roxy   Nov 30, 2006

The days are passing,
And I can't avoid my sadness,
Where are you?
What have I done to you?
Why are you hiding?
There's so many questions that I ask to myself,
There's so much confusion,
Living without knowing,
In the middle of the darkness,
That each time is getting darker,
Making my road more insecure,
And know I don't know what to do!
I say to myself...I need to stop!
I can't keep staying in the darkness,
I need you...
Give me your hand!
Don't abandon me now,
Because without you my life is empty,
...Now, I look myself again in the mirror,
And, what I see?
A lot of blaming...
A lot of anger...
Everything to myself...
And there's so much stuff I can't define,
I blame myself thousands of times of my proceed,
Of the damage that maybe I did to you,
Of what I am,
Of what I represent
Of my form of being myself and the way I act,
Now I stay with my memories,
There where you left me,
Where I'll be waiting for you,
I'll appreciate every word of you,
I still remember when you tell me:
"...you're like a flower,
That begins to flourish,
Now I see the first leaves,
Full of sap...going toward the sun,
And only a part of your beauty can be seen,
Only your smell can be guessed,
Little by little you're removing the layers,
And your force and your color can be seen,
I want to take care of you and demonstrate all my love,
So you can grow up big and strong,
Because you're...
But you have to believe it,
You never believe in yourself,
And that will change..."
When I read - I want to take care of you and demonstrate all my love -
A tear travels trough my cheek,
Because I don't know if you still love me,
I don't know if I'm going to see you again,
The days are passing,
And I can't avoid my sadness...
