This was an excellent write!! I'm speachless. I love your use of words...the structure is perfect. But I don't think that matters all that much. Lol. The poem was amazing. And I can somewhat relate to it. I was trying to pick a stanza I like and can relate to the most...but I can't. I loved the whole thing.

Just one suggestion though...you should cut back on capitalizing the first letter of each word, I'm sure it's something you're already used to...but it was kinda distracting...well at least it was for me. Other than that...beautiful write! =] Keep writing!

Besides the burning of my eyes that the capitalization of every word gave me, I found this poem pleasently written.The flow was flawless and the story unfolded at a beautifully sad pace. I like it alot. If you based this piece on your past experience, I'm sorry you had to go through that (um... trigger being a figure-of-speech of course).

I can relate as I have been in a situation like this before although I would not have been able to turn something so ugly into a beautiful masterpiece.

WOW! Nikki this was amazing. I usually put a line that i especially liked from the poem, but I really couldnt decide for this one! This was so powerful and meaningful, and something I'm sure that pretty much everyone can relate you. This was extremely well writting, you really have talent.
